Having completed the LPC, Melanie qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and has over 12 years’ experience of employment litigation, having seen cases through the Employment Tribunal system, the High Court and Court of Appeal. Melanie also specialises in advising employers, including regulated companies, on non-contentious matters such as the employment aspects of company re-organisations, drafting contracts, post termination restrictions and policies with a view to minimise any risks of liability to employers and to cover any relevant regulatory issues.
Melanie is an associate in our employment team with particular expertise in advising individuals and employers on team moves, unfair dismissals, discrimination in the workplace and redundancy situations.
